Welcome to our website. By accessing or using this site and placing an order with Printart Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. General
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing, products, and services at any time without prior notice.
  • All products remain the property of Printart Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
  1. Orders
  • Orders can be placed via our website, email, or in person.
  • We are not responsible for errors in artwork or order specifications submitted by the customer.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before approval and production.
  1. Payment
  • A 50% deposit may be required before production begins. The balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment via credit card, EFT, or other approved methods.
  • Late payments may incur fees or delay delivery.
  1. Turnaround & Delivery
  • Turnaround times vary depending on the product and production queue. We will provide an estimated completion time upon order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or third parties.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or customer errors after proof approval.
  • Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for review. If verified, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
  1. Artwork & File Requirements
  • Artwork must be supplied in print-ready format (PDF, CMYK, 300dpi, with bleed). We do not accept responsibility for printing issues due to incorrectly supplied files.
  • We can provide design assistance upon request, and additional charges may apply.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • The customer warrants that they own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or content provided.
  • We may showcase completed work for marketing purposes unless the customer opts out in writing.
  1. Liability
  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the reprinting of goods or the refund of the purchase price.
  1. Website Use
  • You must not misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
  • All content on our site is the property of Printart Pty Ltd and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts in Victoria.
